Terms & Conditions.

These terms cover purchases and use of the DCXEFFECTS website. DCXEFFECTS is operated by DC EXPOSURES LLC. Read these terms alongside the product details and purchase information shown when you place your order.

Purchases & Digital Delivery

VANTAGE is a digitally delivered audio plugin. The price, currency, product description and delivery information displayed for your order apply to that purchase. Any applicable taxes or other checkout charges are shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Check your final total and enter a valid email address so you can receive your payment confirmation and delivery information. You are responsible for using a payment method you are authorized to use.

A preorder is paid at checkout and reserves access for the delivery date stated in the offer. It does not provide an immediate download unless the offer expressly says so. Early access and official release are separate dates. Keep your order confirmation as a record of the offer you purchased.

If a delivery date changes, we will communicate the revised information to affected purchasers. You can contact us about a delay, cancellation or other order issue using the claim process below. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Software Use & Compatibility

Review the stated operating-system, hardware and editing-software requirements before purchasing. Contact us if you are unsure whether your setup is supported. Demonstration recordings illustrate specific examples; results depend on your recordings, settings and workflow.

The plugin is provided under a software license, not as a transfer of ownership of its source code or design. Follow the license conditions provided for your purchase. Do not distribute the plugin, share activation credentials, bypass license controls or copy our branding without authorization, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

You retain your rights in the audio and video projects you create. Purchasing or using VANTAGE does not transfer ownership of your creative work to DCXEFFECTS.

Order Support

Refund Claims

To request a refund from DCXEFFECTS, submit a refund claim by email to dcexposures@dcxeffects.com. This applies to preorder cancellation requests as well as requests made after delivery.

Include your name, the email used at checkout, your order or receipt number, the purchase date and the reason for your request. If you cannot find your receipt, provide enough information for us to locate the purchase.

For a technical problem, describe what happens and include your operating system and editing software versions. We may ask for additional details or suggest troubleshooting steps so we can understand the issue.

Submitting a claim does not automatically approve a refund. We review the purchase, the circumstances of the request and any applicable consumer rights. We will communicate the outcome by email. Refunds that are approved will be returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's process and any timing required by law.

This process does not remove or limit any cancellation, refund, warranty or dispute rights that applicable law gives you. It does not require you to give up remedies available through your bank, payment provider or a consumer authority.

This opens a draft in your email app. Complete the details and send it to submit your claim. You can also email the address above directly.

Accounts & Website Use

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access another person's records, submit fraudulent claims or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or misuse. Any action must respect your existing purchase rights and applicable law.

Updates To These Terms

We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Later changes do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Website Analytics

If you choose to allow analytics, we count visits and page views and use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. The website sends public page names and clean page addresses, without form contents, query strings, email addresses, account IDs or payment details. Private login and account pages are excluded.

Our admin traffic panel uses a random browser-tab identifier, separate from your account, and retains anonymous visit records for 30 days. Google Analytics uses its own cookies and browser/device information to produce reports. You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time using Privacy choices at the bottom of a public page. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics.
